Fritos for Dessert??..OH YES!!

Ok this is one of those recipes that you truly cannot believe the ingredients actually work together.  Well let me tell you it is AMAZING!!  I took these to work. Had the first person guess what was in them.  Then it became a game for everyone else to figure it out.  Let's just say it was a HUGE hit and they have been hinting for me to make more by telling me that they are craving them!! Honestly addicting and so easy to make!
Fritos Bars

10 1/2 ounces Fritos corn chips
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup creamy peanut butter
 ½-1 cup milk chocolate chips

Grease a 9x13 baking pan and pour the Fritos in the pan. Crush just a bit.

In a saucepan, bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
 Pour over corn chips and gently stir until coated.  Pour corn chip mixture into greased baking pan and spread evenly.

Place chocolate chips in a baggie and microwave for 30 seconds; remove and squish the bag  then microwave for 30 seconds more, if necessary to melt. Cut one corner off the bag and drizzle  the melted chocolate over Frito Bars and allow to cool completely.  (I stuck mine in the freezer for just a few minutes to set the chocolate.)
Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
