Sweet Lime Chicken

I needed a quick marinade for some chicken the other day and wanted something a little different, so I experimented and it turned out so delicious!! It was a huge hit. My only issue is I should of made more.  We had no leftovers and they would have made great versatile lunches!
Sweet Lime Chicken
4-6 Chicken Breasts (I used 18 chicken tenders)
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

 Put chicken in a resealable bag .Mix the lime juice, sugar salt and pepper together.  Pour over the chicken, seal up the bag and refrigerate. Let the chicken marinade for 2+ hours.  Then grill, bake or pan fry.

My new favorite!!
