Double PB&J Cookies

As you all have heard before I come from a family of great cooks and I love when they share their creations with me.  This is one of those from my cousin.  She is an amazing cook!  What a way to get the great combination of peanut butter and jelly together in dessert form and with double the peanut butter...
OH YUM!!
Double PB&J Cookies

1/2 cup butter 

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup sugar 

1 1/4 cup brown sugar 

1 egg 

1 1/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda 
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla 

jelly or jam or your own choosing. (she used a mixed berry.) 

In a mixing bowl beat butter, peanut butter, sugars and eggs on high until creamy white.

Add vanilla. Then stir in dry ingredients.  

Take your cookie scoop and drop mounds on cookie sheet. 
Press your thumb in deep and fill with jelly or jam.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Until lightly brown.

YUM!! 
She tried filling one with peanut butter and it worked too!
