Crock Pot Hamburger Casserole
1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
6 potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 (14.5 oz.) can cut green beans.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Mix hamburger, potatoes, onions and cheese together in the crock pot. Pour beans over top.
