Naked Chicken Burrito Bowls

4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-2 avocados, peeled and sliced
1-2 diced tomatos
Mix taco seasoning with water as directed on package. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag, pour seasoning mixture over top and turn to coat. Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours to all day. (I ended up marinating mine for 24 hours)
Make Cilantro Rice (Recipe here)(or use plain rice tossed with 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro and 3 Tablespoons lime juice)
Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Grill chicken. When chicken is thoroughly cooked transfer to a cutting board and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.(optional).
Heat beans in microwave or in a small sauce pan. You can add a little olive oil and minced garlic.
