I first tried this recipe at my Aunt Linda's house one Christmas Eve. It was so delicious I could not wait to get my hands on her recipe. Warning: It is addicting!!
Coconut Almond Chex Mix
9 cups Corn Chex
1 cup sliced or slivered almonds
2 cups coconut
Place ingredients in a large bowl.
In a saucepan add:
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 cup corn syrup
Stir constantly and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over Chex mixture. Stir to coat all ingredients well.
