I get fiber from lots of fresh veggies since im a vegetarian and love them! I also have a high fiber cereal with yogurt for breakfast

Definitely the caramel nut flavor, first! I get enough fiber by having legumes (love my beans!) and digging into my tasty whole grains!

ReplyDeleteI try to buy only complex carbs and those naturally have a lot of fiber. I also eat a lot of legumes etc. It's easy getting enough fiber when you're a vegetarian
