Shredded Beef Taquitos

A few weeks ago we took out of the freezer some steaks to have the next day.  We were very surprised when we opened the package and found a huge roast instead.  Dinner plans then had to be changed for that day, but we did get the most out of that roast.  We ate it with baked potatoes, then made french dips, shredded beef barbecues and then these little beauties out of it!!  So it all turned out great.  It actually made for an easy meal planning.  I thought I had taken better pictures of these, but was wrong and the family ate them so fast!!  Anyway this is s for sure keeper!! Shredded Beef Taquitos Makes about 12-16  2-3 cups roast, shredded 1/4 cup onion 4 oz cream cheese 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 to 1 cup salsa 1 package 6 inch tortillas (corn or flour) Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Hi.. My name is Kayla and I am Tiffanee's oldest daughter. I love to cook and experiment with different recipes.  This has been one of my favorites lately because it is really a cake that brightens your day! haha!! It is fun to make and so delicious to eat! One of those cakes that will never be the same each time you make it.  So it can also be known as the cake of many patterns!! The Cake of Many Colors 1 package white or yellow cake mix (I used yellow) Food coloring *Some One Direction music to rock out to while you work. :) Follow the instructions on the box to make the cake batter. Divide the batter in to different bowls for however many colors you plan on using. I used seven.  Put ten drops (or until you get the color you want) of the desired color in each bowl  and stir to mix.  Grease your pan.  Start with one color and spoon it into the bottom of the pan. Put the next color in the middle on top of the first color.  Repeat until all your colors are used.

Somehow this year I missed the Teacher Appreciation Week memo, but luckily finally caught and played catch up all week!!  I wanted something cute and different for the final day, because honestly my kids have awesome teachers!!  After thinking about it for a few days...This is what I came up with! It was quick, simple and I thought it turned out cute. Nice play on words!! HAHA!! SO here's what I used: SoBe Drinks and Swedish Fish Put the fish in a little plastic bag, attached the note and the fish to the drinks and voila..DONE!! (Like my photo bomber!!) Here's the tag.  You should be able to just right clip and copy and paste it into a document. You can even play with the size.  I have it on a sheet of four, but it would not let me put it on here.   Hope all the teachers get the appreciation that they deserve!! Create on!!
